Terms & Conditions — crikcx Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crikcx ("crikcx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the crikcx website located at https://crikcx.com and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, account management, deposits, and withdrawals.

By accessing the crikcx platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the crikcx platform.

crikcx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crikcx will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current version of these Terms was last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The crikcx platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on crikcx. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.1 Mandatory Age Verification

crikcx conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age and identity verification for all player accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and age before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Birth certificate (for supplementary age verification purposes only)

If KYC documents are not provided within the timeframe requested by crikcx, the platform reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.

2.2 Single Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one crikcx account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same identity document, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. crikcx reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings associated with them, and forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

crikcx is operated and marketed primarily for players in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the crikcx platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether their use of crikcx is lawful in their jurisdiction. crikcx makes no representations about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its operational scope.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of crikcx services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout your account lifecycle. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of account balances, including any bonus funds.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your crikcx login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. crikcx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact crikcx support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

crikcx strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, enabling it substantially reduces the risk of unauthorised access. crikcx accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to enable available security features.

3.4 KYC Document Submission

crikcx may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, following a large deposit, or as part of a periodic account review. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction. All documents submitted to crikcx are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

crikcx supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on crikcx is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may be triggered for exceptionally large deposits at crikcx's discretion. Deposits are credited to your crikcx wallet balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. crikcx targets a deposit processing time of under two minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under standard network conditions.

Players are responsible for ensuring that deposit transactions are initiated from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may be reversed or held pending verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion. crikcx targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under standard conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the crikcx account from which the withdrawal is requested. crikcx reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm ownership of the destination payment account before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Fees

crikcx does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may impose their own transaction fees in accordance with their service terms. crikcx is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on crikcx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. crikcx does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Foreign currency transactions, where applicable, will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

crikcx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, ongoing reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free bet awards issued by crikcx are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is clearly stated in the offer's specific terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the wagering requirements of any bonus before accepting it.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Every crikcx bonus carries a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from the player's account. Validity periods are stated in each individual offer's terms.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the crikcx platform contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each active bonus are provided in the specific offer terms.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms. A player may not hold multiple welcome bonuses, whether across duplicate accounts or by any other means. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

crikcx reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus funds, and to close any account, where the platform determines in its reasonable judgment that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing hedged or low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game play, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the crikcx platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence over the general rules below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is not accepted and is not binding on crikcx until it has been confirmed by the crikcx system and a confirmation reference is issued to the player. Bets in progress or pending system confirmation at the time of a network interruption or technical fault may be void at crikcx's discretion. Players experiencing persistent connectivity issues should contact support before placing high-value wagers.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on crikcx. Live casino table limits range from ৳100 to ৳50,000 per round depending on the table and game variant. Slots minimum stakes and sports betting minimum wager amounts are displayed in the relevant game or market interface at the time of play.

6.3 Void Bets and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or clearly erroneous price displayed in a sports betting market, crikcx reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to players' accounts. Winnings derived from a malfunction or erroneous price are not valid and will not be paid. Malfunction voids all pays.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket betting on crikcx covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among other markets. Sports bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the International Cricket Council). In the event of a match being suspended, abandoned, or declared a no-result, affected bets will be settled according to the specific market rules in force at the time the bet was placed.

6.5 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games on crikcx are provided by licensed and independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Provably fair mechanics, where available (such as in Spribe's Aviator), allow players to independently verify the fairness of each game outcome. crikcx does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikcx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances including deposits and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one player account on the crikcx platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to launder money through the crikcx platform. crikcx complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crikcx staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the crikcx platform without written authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by crikcx

crikcx reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. During a period of suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or participate in games. crikcx will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it promptly.

8.2 Closure by crikcx

crikcx may permanently close a player's account in cases of confirmed breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud, confirmed underage play, failure to complete KYC verification, or at crikcx's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its player community. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, crikcx reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Legitimate account balances held in non-breaching closed accounts will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting crikcx support at [email protected]. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. crikcx will take reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive promotional communications during their exclusion period.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. crikcx may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any fee being applied. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate dormant accounts or to withdraw any remaining balance before the dormancy period elapses.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and crikcx arising from these Terms or from the player's use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through crikcx's internal complaints process by contacting support at [email protected]. crikcx commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 7 business days of receiving all relevant information.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikcx's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. crikcx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the crikcx platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes crikcx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
